G4 Hydrocyclone CL

Linatex G4 Hydrocyclone CL have been proven to be an economical means of classification in closed circuit grinding operations.

An interchangeable inlet wedge is a unique feature of Linatex G4 Hydrocyclone CL. This wedge allows operators the opportunity to quickly change the size of the inlet and fine-tune the cyclone's performance without physically removing it from the process line. Feed slurry is introduced into the cyclone in a tall narrow ribbon via a scrolled, swept inlet entry. This maximises separation forces, reduces turbulence and improves classification efficiency.

Linatex G4 Hydrocyclone Range are fitted with moulded replaceable liners, 20mm to 30mm thick, to maximise wear life and minimise operating costs. With a broad range of sizes and configurations available, there is a Linatex G4 Hydrocyclone to handle virtually every cyclone duty.
