Rotary Screen

The Linatex Rotary Screen is utilised in a variety of mining and industrial applications. Rotary Screens consist of a rotating cylindrical drum supported by heavy-duty polyurethane support rollers.

The design allows for a variety of different filter mesh membranes to be fitted. The cloth is visible during rotation and can be easily inspected for wear or damage. As the drum rotates, the oversize material held on the inside of the screen cloth is rinsed by internal sprays. The tramp material is then separated using longitudinal lifters, before being washed off by external spray nozzles into the discharge launder for disposal.
